Marching Band Fees, plus credit card fee
Description
Our financial plan for the year continues to reflect the costs of putting a Marching Band show on the field. We consolidate expenses for the show and divide them evenly among all participants. Modeling on what most competitive bands do across the country, our Marching Band fee will be a "Fair Share" of the cost of the show. Included in this "Fair Share” are expenses related to:
• Props for the Show
• Other Visual Elements (Costuming/Flags/etc.)
• Official Show T-shirt
• Drill Writing Services
• Color Guard Choreography
• Percussion equipment including sticks and mallets
• Music Arrangements and Copyright Fees
• Instrument use for Marching specific horns such as mellos, sousas, electronics, etc.
• Drinks and Bagels on competition days
• Post Game Pancakes
• Competition Entry Fees
• Truck Rentals
• Other Marching band expenses
