UVA Football Ticket Scanning

We have the opportunity to have volunteers scan tickets at 4 upcoming UVa football games. We need at least 20 people (parents and students) for each game. It is a 4 hour commitment. The volunteer also gets a food voucher and admission to see the game, after the shift is over.
Here are some FAQs!
Will I be able to be near my student while I'm ticket scanning?
Yes! We are assigned one area as a group. If you would like to be near your person, it is easy to do so.
Will I have to do anything related to security?
No! Everyone who comes to get their ticket scanned will have already passed through security. We have absolutely nothing to do with security.
Where will we park?
There is a specific garage for volunteers to park in (it's free). You will ride a shuttle over to where we gather to volunteer. When you are ready to leave, you can either ride a shuttle bus back to the garage, or you can walk. It is about 1.5 miles from the stadium to the parking garage.
What should I wear?
There are very specific rules about what you can and cannot wear. The big thing is that you need to wear khaki pants and closed toed shoes. RMC will provide a shirt. If it is cold or rainy, you'll wear the RMC shirt on the outermost layer of your clothing.
Is this volunteer opportunity safe?
Yes!
Is it fun?
MOST DEFINITELY!
