We are also looking for volunteers for the following:
Coupon Book Fundraiser Coordinator - We're planning on starting this fundraiser during the second week of marching band camp, the week of August 15. The coordinator will work with the band director to communicate the quantity of books needed to the vendor and then organize all the sales and payments by each student.
Restaurant Night Fundraiser Coordinator - We're planning on having 4-5 restaurant nights throughout the year as a fundraiser for the general fund. The coordinator will reach out to area restaurants to schedule a date for these fundraisers.
Poinsettia Fundraiser Coordinator - Our annual poinsettia plant sale fundraiser takes place in the October/November timeframe. The coordinator will work with the vendor to schedule order and delivery dates. The coordinator will also summarize the orders and help to plan the pickup date, usually the beginning of December.
Jazz Band Benefit Concert Coordinator - Each spring, we hold a Jazz Band concert that benefits a local non-profit. The coordinator is responsible for helping to plan advertising, rafffle and hospitality.
