We are also looking for volunteers for the following:
Restaurant Night Fundraiser Coordinator - NEEDED - We're planning on having 4-5 restaurant nights throughout the year as a fundraiser for the general fund. The coordinator will reach out to area restaurants to schedule a date for these fundraisers.
Poinsettia Fundraiser Coordinator is Penny Guy - Our annual poinsettia plant sale fundraiser takes place in the October/November timeframe. The coordinator will work with the vendor to schedule order and delivery dates. The coordinator will also summarize the orders and help to plan the pickup date, usually the beginning of December.
Jazz Band Benefit Concert Coordinator - NEEDED - Each spring, we hold a Jazz Band concert that benefits a local non-profit. The coordinator is responsible for helping to plan advertising, rafffle and hospitality.
